Aurelia had decided to visit Hogsmeade for a while. And of course she had to tell Draco where she would be. He's always so protective of me, she thought, shaking her head. Changing her hair to a bright golden blonde and eyes crstal blue, Aureila had dropped in the three broomsticks for a butterbeer. She grinned as she thought of the many trips she had made here in secret. Although no one knew that. She ordered a butterbeer. Aureila took the cup with a poliet thanks. She can be quiet kind when she wanted to. She made her way to the back.

Tonks had a short break from work. She wished that her boss would give her just a little longer for her break than he did, but then again, she was thankful for the small break that she did get. As she walked into the Three Broomsticks, she (once again) forgot about the small step at the entrance. She didn't lift her foot up high enough and she tripped on the small step and landed on her face.
Shaking her head, she slowly got up from her place on the floor. She looked up and saw the bartender laughing and shaking his head; Tonks was a regular in the Three Broomsticks. She went up to him and ordered a Butterbeer. She would have preferred something harder, but there was no drinking on the job. He handed it to her and she turned around. The only empty place was in the far back, so she headed there. She didn't see a cane that was sticking out from one of the tables, though. She tripped over it and she went flying into the table that was next to the table that she was wanting to sit at.

Aureila laughed as she recongized Tonks. "Hey Tonks," she said cheerfully, helping the woman to stand. "Been a while," she changed her appearence again: this time jet-black hair and black eyes, which was her normal apperance. Normally Aureila would have changed her appearance whenever she went in public. But it couldn't hurt to show her true self around her old friends. "How have you been Tonks?" She was starting to see her old school friends again. That made her excited.

Tonks looked up, dazed, at the woman who had said her name. At first, she had no idea who was talking to her. She smiled as the woman helped her to her feet. "Thanks...,"she said, slowly, unsure of who she was talking to and how she knew her name. She gasped as the woman changed her appearance. She recognized her at once! "Aureila!" she said. She moved forward and gave her a big hug. She pulled away and smiled at her. "Oh my gosh, it's been so long!"

Aureila smiled as she returned the hug. "It has been a while," she said, smiling. "I've missed you, you old woman," she laughed and hugged her again. Aureila had been remembering the good times her and her friends have had before. It came to a surprise that Aureila was not the person she use to be..well in certain areas such as personality and all that she was still the same old Aureila. "What are you up to these days?"

Tonks scoffed at being called 'old.' She laughed, though, it didn't bother her. "I am not old!" She shook her head and sat at the table that Aureila was sitting at. "Oh, I've missed you, too!" She looked at the bar and she didn't even have to say anything. The bartender nodded and got another Butterbeer ready for her. She smiled and sighed. "Well, I've gotten married and I have a little boy. What have you been up to?"

Aureila laughed. "But to me you're always an old woman," she joked. She clapped when she heard the news. "Aw I'm happy for you Tonks!" She shrugged. "Been living around," she replied.

Tonks smiled and rolled her eyes. Well, SHE knew that she wasn't old and that was what counted. Besides, she wasn't THAT much older than Aureila. She shook her head and turned to the side when she saw the bartender coming with her butterbeer. "Thanks!" she said, giving him some money. She turned back to Aureila, taking the top off of her butterbeer and accidentally sending it flying across the room. It hit a very large and intimidating looking man, so Tonks quickly turned around, her hair turning pink in embarassment. "Yeah!" she said, smiling. "I can't remember when I've been happier." She took a sip of her butterbeer. "So, has anything like that happened for you?"

Aureila had laughed when the man looked at Tonks evily. She missed that about the woman. Tonks had always cheered her up whenever she was having a bad day. She shook her head. "Nope. Been living my life in secret lately." she relied dully. Tom's old habits had came up with her. And she hated that. Her now green eyes flashed with anger. "I saw my parents," she growled. "They were supposed to be dead. I saw the bodies myself when I was five years old. And here they are many years later. Not even caring about their only daughter."

Tonks could feel that man's glaring eyes on her back, but she refused to look back at him. It seemed that that always happened whenever she came into some sort of bar and got a drink. She always got in trouble with the most intimidating looking man in there. She turned back to Aureila, trying to forget about the man that was glaring at her back.
"Oh.."she said, sadly. She had been hoping that Aureila had gotten married. Or at least that she had a boyfriend. She was always the one that cared most about her responsibilities than fun. "Well..maybe you'll meet someone soon!" she said, hopefully.
Tonks jerked her head and looked straight at Aureila, her hair turning blue. "Your parents?"she asked, slowly. What a terrible thing to find out...your only parents faking their death and not even telling their daughter about it. Her hair went from blue, to red and back to purple. "Well...if they're going to treat you like that, then just forget them!" she said, waving her hand and knocking her drink to the floor. She looked down at it for a moment, then waved her wand and cleaned it up.

Aureila stiffled a giggle. The man was now making rude gestures behind Tonk's back. Poor old woman, she thought. Tonks had became something like a mother to the girl. Aureila could not imagine life without her. She shrugged. "Maybe." she wandered how the dark lord would react if she brought a boy over to meet him. He'll never let me hear the end if it, she thought gloomly. "I guess..." Aureila said slowly. "I can't complain though. Tom had taken me in that afternoon." Dang it! There I go again, she thougt furiously. Wait. Tonks was one of the few who didn't judge her because of who she was related to. Why would she care?

Tonks looked at Aureila, confused. Why was she laughing? She looked around, confused and saw the very angry, very intimidating man staring at her and giving her rude gestures. She laughed, nervously, then quickly turned her head before the man came over to their table.
Tonks smiled at Aureila. "You should at least give it a try." She closed her eyes and shook her head. "You have no idea how happy it makes you." She remembered when she and Remus first started dating. That was when she first started being happy. And that happiness never stopped. It just got more. When Remus proposed and when they got married and when Teddy was born. It just kept building.
Tonks sighed. "Well, that's good at least." She knew that Aureila was guarded about talking about Tom, but as long as it made Aureila happy, Tonks didn't care. She liked Aureila and that was all that she really cared about. "Has anything big happened with you?"

Aureila shrugged. "It's been quiet lately." she answered innocently. Aureila had taken part in some killings and torturing. Not to mention a big mission from the dark lord. It made her feel important. At least she wasn't treated like a child. She blinked, staring at the door. Her parents had just walked in.
